IL Monticello House Rules:

All Wedding Receptions require a minimum of 60 people.
Most other functions require a minimum of 50 people.
Small banquet room requires a minimum of 30 people

IL Monticello Liquor Policy and House Rules:
$18.00 per person extra for 4 hours of open bar
There is a $75.00 Bartender Fee for any cash bar

A NON-Refundable Deposit is required to book any party and to hold any dates

All prices for Sit Down Dinner or Luncheon, Brunch, and Buffet Menus include use of the room for 4 hour rental, with wait staff and linen. Any extra hour will be $2.00 more per hour per person, but no less than $500.00 an hour. Additional fee for any extra linen's requested for seminars, trade shows, etc.
